Q: What areas do you service?

A: We service the Jackson, Mississippi, and surrounding metro area. This spans all of Hinds, Madison, and Rankin counties. Cities of Brandon, Pearl, Flowood, Florence, Richland, Byram, Clinton, Ridgeland, Madison, and Canton are included. Need us to come out further? Call with details; additional trip charges may apply.

Q: I'm experiencing a power outage. What do I need to do?

A: First, call your electrical utility company, and see if an outage is reported in your area. They might be repairing lines close to you, or there be a temporary outage affecting you and your neighbors. If they come out and see that the issue is with your service, please call us immediately so that we can start working to get you back up and running as soon as possible.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, personal check, and all major credit cards.

Q: My home inspection listed several things wrong under the electrical portion. Do you repair those items?

A: We do! We work very closely with home inspectors, as well as realtors, to get your home market-ready in no time.

Q: Do you come out after hours?

A: We do! We have 24/7 emergency service. We understand that the power doesn't always go out between 8 am and 5 pm, and this is why we offer emergency service.
